Practical entries

Bring the question you are actually trying to answer. These entries are selected examples, not a catalogue or a coverage boundary. If none fits, search the Table of Contents or enter a pattern directly. Each body explains its situation, construction, limits, worked cases and source returns. You can ask an assisting agent: “Explain this and give me your comments in ordinary language, without framework jargon.”

MKT-ENTRY-QUESTION - Find out enough to make the next decision

  • Situation: A team disagrees about why customers decline an offer, and another round of interviews has been proposed.
  • Question: What answer could change our next action, and how can we obtain it?
  • First useful result or blocker: A bounded inquiry tied to that action, or an existing qualified answer sufficient to stop investigating.
  • Start with: MKT.12; use MKT.1 when relevant customer differences remain unclear.
  • Stop or return: Stop when the decision has a sufficient answer. Return a missing permission, unavailable service or disputed objective to its owner.

MKT-ENTRY-CHOICE - Make one customer’s next choice workable

  • Situation: A customer understands a suitable offer but cannot tell what accepting it requires.
  • Question: Can this person make an informed choice and carry out the agreed next action?
  • First useful result or blocker: An understandable, feasible choice with its terms, preparation, help and next step, or the exact condition preventing it.
  • Start with: MKT.4; use MKT.9 if suitability of the variant is still unsettled. For work spanning several people and encounters, follow the account application.
  • Stop or return: A justified refusal or deferral can finish the choice. Return an unavailable contribution to MKT.11 before inviting reliance on it.

MKT-ENTRY-MEDIA - Keep the promise intact when an intermediary changes it

  • Situation: A placement combines or generates material, offers incomplete reporting, or cannot be stopped at the level the offer needs.
  • Question: Can the permitted expressions and actual controls preserve this offer and its receiving work?
  • First useful result or blocker: A supported placement and response arrangement, or the control, information or provision that requires another route.
  • Start with: The intermediary application, using MKT.3 and MKT.11.
  • Stop or return: Revise the affected family, route or promise when its conditions fail; preserve existing customer obligations.

MKT-ENTRY-PROGRAMME - Share preparation while keeping promises feasible

  • Situation: Several organisations could use related services, but shared preparation competes with local exceptions and existing work.
  • Question: Which whole programme can the team support for the intended result and period?
  • First useful result or blocker: A supported combination of common work and separate continuations, or the capacity, permission or capability that defeats it.
  • Start with: MKT.14, using MKT.1/12, MKT.2/6, MKT.11 and MKT.13 where their results are missing; follow the B2B application.
  • Stop or return: Remove or change the affected opportunity when a condition fails. Recompare the whole programme when the changed opportunity alters common preparation or scarce support.

MKT-ENTRY-LEARNING - Offer learning while preserving the learner’s purpose

  • Situation: A learning provider, an employer and a voluntary community can help the same person, but seek different results.
  • Question: What can each party responsibly offer and expect from this arrangement?
  • First useful result or blocker: Distinct learning, participation and commercial arrangements with usable connections, or a conflict requiring changed terms or separate activity.
  • Start with: The learning and community application, MKT.6/2/4, HCD.28/2 and the selected Community Building methods.
  • Stop or return: A purchase does not establish learning. Revisit the affected promise when help, personal participation, community terms or whole provider capacity changes.
