MNT.11:1 - Problem frame

Use this pattern when maintenance control is being returned to operation and the receiving person needs a supported basis to resume use. The work is complete and functioning has been checked, but restrictions, configuration changes or required release authority are still unresolved.

Reconcile the evidence and actual state, obtain certification where the concrete use requires it, transfer control and establish the operative permission for resumed use. The result can be unrestricted use, supported restricted use or the precise missing condition. This pattern is not a prerequisite for completing maintenance advice.
