MNT.11:11 - SoTA-Echoing

The practice question is what a maintenance completion claim permits the receiver to infer. This pattern adapts the bounded certification distinction in EASA’s September 2025 Part-145 guidance, GM1 145.A.50(a). Against a single undifferentiated release status, the Method uses separate reconciliation of functioning, certification, control and permission. It accepts a small amount of explicit hand-back reasoning to prevent an unsupported whole-use claim. The edition notice identifies unincorporated later requirements; live aviation work needs its applicable current legal sources. Reopen when the receiving use, state or permission basis changes.
