MNT.7 coordinates an intervention with continuing operation; this Method addresses simultaneous commitments whose common conditions cannot be established pairwise. It reuses general cross-structure synthesis only when that larger question is real.

The example’s arithmetic is deliberately simple. A more elaborate optimizer is justified by an unresolved decision, not by the existence of several jobs.
