MNT.Preface:6 - Applying and checking the whole language

Begin by asking what the recipient needs now. Reuse enough identification and evidence to answer that question; select more work only when it can change the answer or satisfies an operative requirement. Continue into physical intervention only when that work is selected and its conditions are met.

At whole-language scale, ask whether the chosen Methods actually supply the required result and whether their outputs concern compatible subjects, configurations, operating conditions and horizons. Check any shared resource or service constraint at the scope of the whole combination. Preserve the distinction between what was proposed, performed, observed and permitted.

The direct checklists ask questions about their own result. They are not sixteen mandatory forms. If a recommendation is the request, the supported advice and its action-changing limits complete it. If the selected result is an actual return to service, its applicable protection, functioning and permission conditions remain real.

The main text-invited mistakes are reading the Parts as stages, treating a closed work order as restored service, taking a prediction score as maintenance value and mistaking a published Method for its adoption. The relevant corrections are embedded in MNT.6, MNT.9–MNT.11, MNT.14 and MNT.16.
