NSTD.3:6 - Bias-Annotation

This pattern blocks fluent-coherence drift: smooth event language is mistaken for a mechanism, dependency, architecture, proof, or causal model. The bias appears when readers can retell the story but cannot reconstruct the selected source relation. Repair by naming the source-structure kind, the reconstruction target, the owner for causal or dependency claims, and the source-return condition. Scope: DPF-local for narrative coherence over selected source structure; it does not certify mechanism truth or causal evidence.
