NSTD.5:6 - Bias-Annotation

This pattern blocks engagement-authority drift: attention, identification, suspense, memorability, or motivation is treated as truth support, ethics clearance, assurance, policy permission, or work authorization. Repair by naming protected source structures, persuasion boundary, affected readers when live, and direct owners for stronger claims. Scope: DPF-local for engagement in narrative renderings; it does not govern all persuasion or ethics work.
