OCE.11:12 - Relations

OCE.9 uses the allowed realization interval and returns its observed support needs. OCE.10 can expose a participation consequence of overload or conflicting incentives; OCE.12 needs genuine time for leadership and learning contributions. OCE.8 owns whole-arrangement comparison. OCE.16 qualifies cross-change dependencies and returns direct results; ME.6 owns any required co-use comparison.

OPS supplies the operating focus, admission and commitment decisions, resource and service results, and the combined operating decision needed for the overlap. Use OPS.11.1 if constructing or reconciling its operating model changes that decision; otherwise reuse the available account. Direct professional owners retain service capacity, protection and recovery judgements outside the supplied OPS result. Coordinating the overlap does not create a missing result. OCE.13/OCE.14’s wider organization observation and revision remain outside this bounded method.
