OCE.12:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The leadership contribution answers a named difficulty in the receiving work.
  • Its Method, intended result and capable contributors are explicit.
  • Facilitation, expertise, coaching, decision authority and time allocation are distinguished where they affect the contribution.
  • When assistance requires different work conditions, the arrangement includes the relevant assignment, evaluation and resource changes, together with any displaced work.
  • A discussion that promises an explanation or proposal produces the connected result needed by its receiver, with unsupported relations and changed-condition returns exposed.
  • A career transition connects the person’s development with receiving work and its actual assignment authority.
  • The result reports what was performed and any condition that still prevents the needed contribution.
  • Capability development uses a learning design supplied by a qualified learning provider, with practice, feedback and an opportunity for later use.
  • The continuation claim states the observed next episode, retained help, limits and remaining gap.
  • For negotiated contributions, identify the parties whose acceptance was obtained, the complete proposal they accepted, the mandates held by any representatives, the resources committed, and any refusal or unresolved condition.
  • After a consequential support change, the affected parties reconsider the agreement and the responsible decision makers revisit dependent choices and promises. Unaffected results remain usable within their limits.
