OCE.13:12 - Relations

C.16 supplies measurement and comparability distinctions. A.10 governs claim-bound provenance and gaps. C.28 governs the support needed for a particular causal use. The applicable domain professional still supplies the measurement, interpretation or causal result.

OCE.1/OCE.2 and the current arrangement supply the organization and actual-work question where those facts are not already known. OCE.9–OCE.12 keep the observations and corrections needed for their own bounded Methods; they need not wait for a wider OCE.13 comparison.

OCE.14 receives qualified results when an organization relation may need revision. OCE.10 receives a participation or target-culture question; OCE.11 a service/change conflict. OCE.15 and OCE.17 receive feedback only when it changes a reusable Method or the continuation of OCE practice.

Strategy, Operations, human development and clinical, safety, labor, legal, privacy, financial, ecological or customer-domain owners retain their decisions and professional results. The framework’s current dependency account distinguishes an available Method from a still-missing result in the case.
