OCE.15:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The result names the receiving OCE use, authority, stop, and repertoire/candidate branch.
  • Every item retains its identity, status, function, and limits of supported use.
  • Domain candidate construction supplies OCE semantics and returns general Method decisions to the named ME results.
  • Situation claims state the relevant facts, their observed or anticipated changes, and what those changes mean for use.
  • Strategy, process model, determinant account, evaluation frame, implementation outcome, and organization result remain distinct.
  • Mechanisms remain hypotheses or evidence-bearing claims.
  • Capability, assignment, permission, authority, access, support, provider commitment, and protection remain distinct.
  • Project, process, and case views describe the same Work; the reusable Method is identified separately.
  • Bundles expose overlap, interactions, contradictions, burden, and status.
  • Refresh names the smallest defeated claim and preserves unaffected uses and history.
