OCE.16:4.3 - Record the Result

Result positionRequired content
changes and subjectsIndependently identified changes, affected subjects, statuses, scopes, owners, intended results, next decisions, and windows.
alteration and consumerThe exact organizational condition one change would alter and the other change’s consequential action or decision that may use it.
claim qualificationParticipant accounts; observed facts; current relation/effectivity evidence; expected consequences; proposals; interpretations; decisions; uncertainty and missing facts.
direct routeApplicable Method, bounded question, required inputs, result owner and authority, and any unavailable result.
direct resultThe governed comparison, relation, authority, operating, specialist, stop, or missing-result return. Do not relabel it as an OCE.16 decision.
per-change returnFor every affected change: usable result, preserved or revised condition, next action or stop, validity window, and reopen observation.
continuation and exitAny further work selected for this question, what unaffected Work remains unchanged, and whether the Method exits without further coordination.

A short note in an existing change account can carry the result. Retain only what the affected changes need to act on the dependency.
