“The org chart is the as-is architecture.”Recover the Work and direct relations needed by the decision.
“The process map proves this is how work happens.”Treat it as an episteme; identify actual occurrences and evidence.
“The product owner owns the decision.”Recover the authority or ownership relation; the word “owner” supplies neither.
“Everyone works around the process, so adoption is low.”Name the formal/observed relation difference, result, burden, and reason first.
“We need a complete digital twin.”Recover only the structures and currentness needed by the decision.
