OCE.8:12 - Relations

  • OCE.1 supplies the bounded organization and contribution. OCE.2 supplies actual Work, direct relations, and evidence. OCE.3 supplies alternatives, assumptions, participant contributions, missing voices, and protection or burden limits that change this decision.
  • OCE.4, OCE.6, and OCE.7 may supply contribution specifications, obtaining assignments and enabling relations, and paired-architecture constraints. Their PatternIDs are not mandatory stages.
  • A.15.8 supplies configuration and recovery-probe discipline only after one exact present WorkPlan or admitted actual Work exists. A.13 and A.15.1 govern actual performers and Work.
  • A.2.2, E.23.CAE, and E.23.CDI govern capability identity/evidence, ambiguity-resolving probes, development, and transfer. C.38 and C.11 govern same-result comparison and choice mechanics.
  • OCE.5 and OCE.6 retain positions, assignments, and enabling relations. OCE.4, OCE.7, OCE.15, Method Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, Operations, and platform owners retain the objects and results they change.
  • Provider, procurement, contract, finance, legal, labor, privacy, security, safety, human-factors, AI, robotics, target-domain, and governance practices retain their predicates, evidence, thresholds, commitments, and authority.
  • OCE.9 later receives selected possible-future constraints and returns actual bounded organization-capability evidence and gaps. OCE.10 retains participation and target-working-culture repair. Use those patterns when realization or participation repair becomes the current question.
