OCE.8:4.5 - What Changes in Practice

Practitioners stop asking whether “AI,” “a provider,” “training,” or “another hire” is best in the abstract. They compare complete ways of obtaining one result, see whose knowledge changed the set, preserve authority and protected conditions, and can name why the honest result is a choice, a probe, rejection, or reroute. Downstream realization receives explicit constraints and evidence duties instead of an automation or outsourcing slogan.
