Organization Change Engineering Principles Framework

A domain pattern language for changing an organization’s contributions, working relations, and capability while its work continues.

Begin with the organization-change difficulty that blocks useful work: the contribution to make, a relation to establish or revise, a work arrangement to compare, or a capability to realize.

Search the Table of Contents by a familiar term or working question to find the relevant PatternID. Use that pattern’s Problem frame, Solution, worked cases, and checklist for your organization and decision. Start with the smallest result that changes the decision; follow another pattern when its contribution is needed.

The Readme offers selected practical entries. The Preface explains recurring distinctions, and the cross-pattern applications show how several contributions can be used together. The complete Table of Contents also serves questions outside those examples. For references to this version, use the Citation.
