PSD.13:9 - Consequences

The recipient gains a bounded answer that can be challenged, declined, acted on through the proper decision, or refreshed without reconstructing the entire engagement. Partial results and honest stops become usable outputs rather than signs that the analyst failed to choose.

The cost is explicit reasoning at the boundary between analysis and advice. Some requests cannot be closed with a single direction, and some attractive probes remain unsupported. This preserves the distinction between useful decision support and a persuasive but unwarranted prescription.
