PSD.14:7 - Conformance Checklist

Recognition asks whether an observation or changed premise can alter current decision support and whether the path to a useful return is missing. One existing adequate result or one clearly scoped gap can close a small case.

Assurance asks whether this arrangement can obtain and qualify the needed evidence in time, and whether the actual current return follows from it. Consequential uses require their direct observation, validation, competence, independence, protection and authority conditions. A prospective walkthrough tests design only; it does not replace evidence from enactment.

CheckSufficient answer
Distinct resultsRecommendation, later authorized decision, intended work, implementation and observation are separately established or explicitly unknown.
Material observationEach selected observation can change a named premise, claim, alternative, condition or boundary; any threshold has a qualified meaning.
Design choiceFeasible arrangements were compared by coverage, delay, burden and receiving use; a PSD.16 constraint did not preselect the answer.
ViabilityObservation, interpretation and return have the necessary performers, access, resources, timing, protection and failure route.
Current evidenceThe actual evidence fits its subject, configuration, interval and intended use; absence or silence is not favourable evidence.
Local consequenceUnchanged, narrowed, blocked, reopened-contributor and later-recommendation conclusions name their exact affected scopes and gaps.
Authority and closureOperational change and recipient choice retain their direct authority; the follow-up return has a bounded continuation or end condition.
