PSD.17:7 - Conformance Checklist
Recognition asks whether a relation through which decision-support practice continues or changes is the missing result. One sentence naming the practice, receiving population, affected relation and next choice can be enough.
Assurance asks whether the authority, performer, occurrence, source, cultural and effect claims needed by that choice are qualified at their own scope. More elaborate records do not supply missing evidence. A small reversible intervention may use an explicit expert judgement; a broader effect or population claim needs its own basis.
| Check | Sufficient answer |
|---|---|
| Current practice | The Method or variant, practitioner population, engagement/community, place, period and carriers are recognizable. |
| Cultural question | The generation, transmission, receiving-enactment, recognition, selection, memory, retention or loss relation that changes action is named. |
| Continuation choice | A real decider and separate authority basis support the bounded choice, with its material alternatives, cost and limits. A supported retention needs no new intervention; a selected inquiry has attainable value, full burden and a stop. |
| Receiving meaning | Participation, dissent, uncertainty, qualified comparison and recommendation-use distinctions survive or their loss is reported. |
| Performance and consequence | Proposal, plan, performed Work, actual change, observation and causal effect are not substituted for one another. |
| Evidence limits | Source coverage, estimates, observed occurrences and unproved population or retention claims remain distinct. |
| Continuation or return | The result names what is retained, changed, narrowed, unproved or stopped and which direct question should reopen. |
A missing link can block a stronger claim while leaving a useful bounded decision intact. The checklist is not a requirement to prove every cultural relation before any professional improvement.
