PSD.17:9 - Consequences

A practice can continue important judgement without freezing one school or format. It can maintain different receiving routes, make a bounded intervention, and recognize that a well-grounded request or blocker can be a successful professional return.

The cost is attending to receiving practice and retaining inconvenient evidence. Some apparent adoption remains visibility, some short-term success remains a local observation, and some changes must be narrowed or stopped. The result is still useful before long-term or population-wide claims are warranted.
