Practical inclusionMissing voices can reverse the inquiry, while universal recruitment is impossible.
Consequence discoveryAffected Systems matter even when they cannot participate, while possible impact must not be reported as fact.
Participation and authorityContributions need access and protection, while neither attendance nor facilitation transfers the later choice.
Concern fidelityDuties, interests, experiences, and dissent must remain attributable, while a usable account cannot become a transcript archive.
RepresentationSome people must rely on representatives, while titles and self-selection do not prove the relation.
Recognition and assuranceCheap cues should expose a gap, while consequential claims need direct sources and specialist checks.
