PSD.8:10 - Rationale

Structured inquiry becomes useful to choice when its differences change what can be done. Alternative construction preserves those differences while qualification prevents imagination from becoming an unsupported commitment. Keeping generation separate from comparison permits a promising proposal to remain investigable without calling it a winner.
