| Score the sponsor’s option against “do nothing”. | Recover a real baseline and a materially different mechanism or explain why none is live. |
| Treat buy, provider, AI, and internal as peer kinds. | Describe the proposed whole arrangements and their receiving results. |
| Exclude a proposal because feasibility is unknown. | Keep the inquiry candidate separate from commitment eligibility and name the missing result. |
| Add component benefits to justify a hybrid. | Qualify the combined configuration and its interactions. |
| Treat novelty or archive membership as selection. | Use the characterization or archive result only for its stated function. |
