PSD.9:12 - Relations

  • PSD.2 may supply the participation and concern account that changes the value question. That contribution is not already a weight set or a collective mandate.
  • PSD.11 consumes the value account only for the named comparison. The account does not silently scalarize or authorize its result.
  • C.16 governs measurements; A.19 supplies a declared characteristic space or predicate when needed. Scoring, aggregation, comparison, and selection remain separate direct operations.
  • Direct ethics, law, safety, governance, finance, and holder practices supply the particular conditions and claims they own. A.15.9 helps obtain a missing qualified contribution without transferring that authority.
  • If a required value or source premise is absent, stale, or incompatible, use a qualified direct result or return its exact gap. A completed model, candidate list, or workshop does not fill it by adjacency.
