Continue the professional practice only when that is the question
The same episode can expose a different need: another inquiry team may copy a recommendation’s format while losing its limits. That is not another pumping calculation. PSD.15 concerns a justified repertoire change, and PSD.17 concerns continuation across practitioners.
The fuller constructed PSD.17 case supplies separate East and West teams, their relevant service assignments, the inquiry and teaching Methods, and distinct March–April occurrences. West’s receipt of a permitted packet initially produces an overstrong investment recommendation. Under the case’s teaching remit and available support, a guided qualification exercise is selected for that receiving group while the compact route remains for experienced practitioners.
In the exercise, West distinguishes the usable F/M calculation from the unclosed staged and assistance questions. One later independently observed West inquiry retains a corrected concern and the comparison’s limits. This supports that bounded receiving use, not profession-wide adoption, long-term retention, a causal teaching effect or an improved flood outcome. The separate late-correction Method proposal remains a proposal; the teaching case does not deploy it.
These practice questions open only because the particular interpretation or working arrangement matters. They are not mandatory activities after every recommendation. The immediate practical gain remains simple: the board receives the useful calculation without losing the people, alternatives and conditions that prevent it from being the whole answer.
