Reconsider only affected advice

Use PSD.14 when a changed premise can alter advice. Locate the premise and the claims that actually used it; preserve the earlier recommendation as an account of what was returned under its earlier basis.

Choose further guidance by the question it answers. For one already-known bounded source-reliance question, use A.10. When a materially changed source claim requires discovering and revalidating several receiving uses, use A.10.1. When actual conditions change while the source is unchanged, use the direct subject guidance. Use G.11 when the needed result concerns currentness, decay or scoped refresh planning or reporting.

Changed premiseBounded response
Human assessment no longer covers the target Work or current personRemove that assessment’s support from the affected capability or intervention claim; retain the useful advice at its remaining strength. Obtain an assessment for that Work and the person’s current conditions only when its contribution warrants the whole burden. Preserve unrelated organization or AI claims.
AI model/scaffold A is replaced by BRequalify B’s evaluation, safety and contribution premises. Retain only claims whose basis survives the change.
Provider access or security condition changesReopen the affected provider or mixed-arrangement claim and any ranking that depended on it. Do not infer that internal development failed.
Consulting scope, conflict or disclosure conditions changeRevisit the affected service return and permitted reliance, not the truth of every domain result.
An opportunity’s useful problem or support dependency changesReturn to the corresponding opportunity claim; reassess any retained stepping stone and dependent advice.
A changed observation crosses the advice’s stated thresholdUse the qualified observation and interpretation to retain, narrow, block or reopen the affected contribution; compose another recommendation only when needed.

Observation, interpretation, professional contact and renewed recommendation are distinct Work. If positive advice depends on future observations, establish who can obtain and qualify them, with what access, timing, burden and response opportunity. An infeasible observation obligation is a present limit on advice. “Review in three months” does not by itself make an effective follow-up arrangement.

The source-currentness responsibilities for this profile and its opportunity Method are specified in the source-responsibility account. A change to the generation Method can require revising that Method; a changed fact about one holder normally requires only requalifying the affected application.
