PSDA.1:5.2 - Development-direction advice

For an AI-assisted incident-response arrangement, “model accuracy is inadequate”, “operator coordination is fragile”, and “authority escalation is unclear” imply different holders, evidence, intervention families, and safety questions. PSDA.1 retains all three only if each can change the two-quarter development recommendation. Generic slogans such as “improve AI capability” and “make the system better” fail the material-difference test.
