PSDA.4:6 - Bias-Annotation

Scope: selection and bounded composition of Methods for problem structuring and decision analysis. Lenses: Prag tests fitness and effort; Onto/Epist separates Method, description, plan, enactment, and evidence; Arch exposes real joins; Gov preserves participation and authority conditions; Did makes the reusable action explicit.

Facilitator-familiarity bias favors the method the team can already run. Brand bias mistakes a school name for an identified way of doing. Integration bias treats more techniques as broader competence. Time-pressure bias hides omitted contributions. Counter these with one serious simpler alternative, a result-based contribution comparison, and the exact fragile premise that could reverse selection.
