RHY-CARD-01 — Make a variation work with a partner

  • Situation: An ornament is easy alone but makes the next shared movement fail.
  • Question: What must change while retaining the passage the pair wants?
  • First useful result or blocker: A localized relation and a correction to try, or a missing performing contribution.
  • Mantra: Find the difficulty; preserve the continuing action; make the cue usable; combine the contributions; return to the whole.
  • Start with: RHY.1–.4 for the contrast and relation; RHY.8–.11 for a changed variant, allocation, reference or simultaneous combination.
  • Stop or return: Keep a usable variant under its demonstrated conditions. Use RHY.12 for a human capability difficulty and RHY.14 when the observation cannot yet distinguish the alternatives. Reopen only the contribution affected by a changed partner, tempo or passage.
