PatternID and reader order
RMP.* is the Research Method Practice namespace. Pattern numbers are stable addresses. The public Table of Contents includes only authoritative bodies available in this carrier.
| Available PatternID | Recurring practitioner difficulty | First useful result |
|---|---|---|
RMP.1 | Decide whether an ambiguous request is a genuine unresolved research question or an exact source/non-research return. | ResearchQuestionBrief or exact supplied-result, owner-result, or source-gap return |
RMP.2 | Decide whether evidence is sufficient, a useful feasible design is selected, a particular selection is held, or the current allocation closes with no new study. | One ResearchDesignDisposition |
RMP.3 | Make the selected design executable while preserving its question and criticism. | ResearchProtocolAndOperationalizationMap for the supported scope, or an exact operation/owner, design or question return |
RMP.4 | Preserve or recover actual research material for a named examination. | ResearchTracePackage with inspectable connections and explicit access, reconstruction and loss limits |
RMP.5 | Establish what the material supports under its Method and what criticism changes the claim. | Bounded ClaimCandidate with its CriticismRecord |
RMP.6 | Choose the useful examination of a claim-relative threat and interpret its actual return when supplied. | CredibilityTestDecision, distinct from a performed test and its result |
RMP.7 | Establish what a contested corpus warrants under its synthesis question. | EvidenceSynthesis, adequate existing answer, useful refusal or exact input return |
RMP.8 | Revise the identified knowledge contribution and return it with consequential reliance limits. | EpistemeChangeAndEvidenceReturn, proportionate to the actual account and receiving use |
RMP.9 | Retain or improve a research Method and its practice for a named use. | ResearchMethodPracticeRevision with supported retention, correction, change or restricted use; a selected comparison remains distinct from obtained qualification |
Part I groups RMP.1/RMP.2 for question and design; Part II groups RMP.3/RMP.4 for operationalization and research trace; Part III groups RMP.5/RMP.6 for claim analysis and credibility work; Part IV groups RMP.7/RMP.8 for corpus synthesis and exact revision/return; Part V supplies RMP.9 for Method improvement and retention. An ambiguous request can begin with RMP.1; compatible supplied inputs permit direct entry to RMP.2 or RMP.3. RMP.4 also admits existing work and can begin capture before a final protocol or claim exists. Supplied material and analysis permit direct RMP.5 entry; a bounded claim, basis, use and threat permit direct RMP.6 entry. RMP.7 accepts a compatible synthesis question, design and trace; RMP.8 accepts actual analysis, criticism or synthesis for the identified account and receiving use. RMP.9 accepts an actual Method difficulty or changed research use and tries the supported present answer before further comparison. Neither reader order nor an arrow asserts performed Work, a universal sequence or compulsory continuation.
