A contrast must be large enough to notice and small enough to remain suitable for the movement. Support can make it accessible but may change the later task. Detailed vocabulary aids communication only after it refers to a distinction the performer can recover. Recognition and regulation can develop together, but a result about one cannot stand in for the other.
