SOM.3:1 - Problem frame

Use this when a performer can distinguish a task-relevant bodily change but cannot increase, reduce or release it with the control the movement requires. Work on a change in effort under familiar, suitable conditions.

The result is an available increment or release, together with the conditions in which it can be regulated and its effect on the action. Use SOM.2 first when the bodily difference itself is unavailable. Obtain domain instruction when the required action or suitable load is unknown.
