SOM.4:1 - Problem frame
Use this when bodily changes are separately available, but reconstructing them one by one interrupts the movement that needs them together. Build a coordination the performer can recall as it develops.
An ensemble in this pattern is a task-selected combination of bodily changes. It is not required to occupy one continuous anatomical region. The intended result is a combined change that serves the receiving movement under stated conditions.
Do not start by memorizing a sensation for a combination that has never been available. First construct a workable portion or obtain suitable instruction.
