Two postures substitute for a transition. Both endpoints work, so the performer is told only to repeat them. Construct and test the intervening relation.
The easy exercise removes the relevant change. Preparation is successful under fixed support, although support transfer causes the failure. Retain that transfer in a suitably reduced task.
A timing cue is treated as the missing bodily response. The performer can notice when to act but cannot produce the change. Prepare or obtain the response before asking for earlier execution.
