STR.15:6 - Bias-Annotation
Senior participants may mistake their own view for the whole organization’s practice. Recover the scope and basis of each claim, including material differences between official accounts and observed use.
Visibility and confidence can be mistaken for worth. Preserve qualified criticism without presuming that every dissent is useful or that popularity is neutral evidence of contribution. Participants’ burden and privacy also matter to any proposed observation or intervention.
