STR.1:7 - Conformance Checklist

Use these questions when another participant must rely on the frame.

  • Can they identify the strategic subject and contribution, separately from other participants or means that may need development?
  • Does the proposed answer address a receiving decision and horizon, with a useful delivery time?
  • Are preparation, recommendation and authorized choice distinguishable?
  • Is a consequential current obligation or affected party preserved rather than excluded by wording?
  • Does any unresolved value, authority or subject question appear as an explicit limitation?
  • Can the work end with the bounded frame, and is the next action tied to a named missing result?
  • Is the observation that would reopen the frame concrete enough to recognize?

A frame need not answer the later comparison to pass these questions. It must make clear what comparison, if any, is actually needed.
