STR.4:5.2 - When two stories should be one

An adviser presents “rapid digitalization” and “AI everywhere” as different futures for a professional’s next-year practice. Both assume the same clients, available time, tools and willingness to pay; neither changes a direction or inquiry. Their names add no useful diversity.

If one instead introduces a client requirement for human accountability that changes the delivery arrangement, the distinction becomes material. The practitioner retains that condition and its basis, rather than collecting more titles.
