Strategic-method synthesis
STR.5 and STR.6 distinguish reuse of a sufficient Method from search when the desired result or obtaining way is unclear. Their synthesis connects explanatory way construction and decision-relevant refinement with method plurality, useful intermediate possibilities and several work horizons. It imposes neither novelty nor a fixed decomposition depth on a sufficient existing use.
Strategy can denote a Method, an explanatory model, a choice or a filter; these uses answer different questions. Here, continuous organization development relates strategic direction to changes in the organization’s work and capabilities. The subject’s way of obtaining a contribution is distinguished from the strategic practitioner’s repertoire. Personal and public-service strategies retain their own purposes; corporate return is not imposed on them.
The synthesis keeps five connected questions distinct: retaining and selecting useful search material; identifying what must develop and which means it needs; comparing the contribution of a whole finite arrangement; revising a problem account or comparison grounds; and preserving method reasoning while a practice continues through people and tools. Problem discovery and way generation can fail at different points; neither comparison nor execution substitutes for them. Complementary contributions may be needed at different times. Choosing a practice to transmit remains distinct from teaching it and observing adoption.
This is a conceptual synthesis for strategic practice. The worked cases illustrate the proposed moves under their stated conditions; they are not reports of field validation. Claims about actual performance, historical events or changing technologies need evidence at the strength and scope on which a decision will rely. The strategic actions needed for this edition are explained here and in the pattern bodies.
