SYSE.11:4.2 - Record the Result

supplied inputsInput results actually used—for example, realization, platform, constituent-coordination, configuration, or specialist results—their evidence windows, and any unresolved blocker or qualified substitute.
Work and actual changeDated Work, performing Agents, assignments when relevant, Methods, subjects, direct results, transformations, obtaining relations, and resulting configuration claims.
usabilityUse observations, supported claim, evidence window, limits, unsupported claims, and conditions for reconsideration.
separate decisionsEach assurance, permission, release, or other specialist result still needed by the receiving decision.
later modernizationAny C.11.CRC comparison and C.11 choice kept as separate results, with alternatives, resources, reversibility, fallback, and reopen evidence.
