SYSE.17:6 - Bias Annotation

Trace consequences from proposed engineering alternatives and changes rather than sector stakeholder taxonomies or institutional visibility. Declared compliance, publication volume, and academic or press attention are evidence about documents and discourse. Actual prevalence needs observation or an appropriately qualified estimate of performed practice.

Use affordable evidence. A bounded expert estimate, simulation, or modal path claim can justify a reversible probe; an observed-effect claim needs observation. Include any actual System or intended System referent whose qualified consequence can change the decision; specialist authority remains with the applicable practice.
