Organize conditions for continuing development

A development undertaking may need strategy, participation, time, funding and authority as well as learning or research. This Suite helps arrange those conditions. It does not equate everyday operations, implementing a known practice or one organizational change with open-ended development.

Use Core’s connected development method (C.40.OD) when acquired capability should open further attainable problems and the means to continue. An office, distributed responsibility at workplaces, an external provider and AI-assisted arrangements are alternatives to examine from the required methods and conditions, not names that settle the design.
