Establish and exercise the arrangement

Use OCE.4 to design the contribution path for the selected arrangement. Specify who supplies the identified package, who uses it, what makes it usable, how an unsupported claim returns for correction, and which timing and support conditions must hold. Keep separate specialist, evidence and acceptance decisions where the work requires them. If a continuing position must remain identifiable through vacancy or holder replacement, OCE.5 supplies its institutional basis and expected contribution. A direct assignment can suffice when no such position identity matters.

Then use OCE.6 to establish the actual appointment and the separately needed authority, access and provision. In the case, the evidence integrator’s appointment can be effective while repository access is still pending. The appointment remains effective, but package preparation cannot rely on unavailable access. Naming someone responsible does not allocate the laboratory, supply specialist capability or change the acceptance rule.

Suppose the integrator can assemble the package but cannot interpret a newly required trace. Compare a missing skill with a misleading description, unsuitable test, missing access or incompatible workload through HCD.3. Use compatible existing observations; obtain a distinguishing observation only when needed. For a supported learning need, give a qualified learning provider the trace-interpretation task, required grounds and later conditions of use. Obtain practice and feedback against those criteria, with the time, tools and later opportunity required. A capable specialist can instead supply the interpretation when that arrangement meets the receiving conditions. A checklist or reminder permitted in the work can remain part of supported performance. The change organizer also needs the expertise to distinguish these causes; obtain qualified engineering or learning help when that judgement is beyond their capability.

Use OCE.11 to fit the complete change into continuing work. Package preparation, practice, specialist feedback, test setup, ordinary service and recovery can compete for the same people and interval. A learning proposal without released time leaves the contribution unavailable. OPS.13 connects the service promise to that complete work and resource basis, including acceptance. Keep any old obligation visible until the authorized parties accept a revision.

Use OCE.9 to exercise a small complete use under the selected design and trial conditions. A team requests the test; the provider confirms feasible conditions; the test produces evidence; the integrator returns the identified package; the independent contributor accepts it or gives a reasoned correction. Exercise an unusable return as well as an ordinary success. If the report exists but its receiver cannot find the current version, repair that crossing and repeat it within the whole contribution.

Observe later work under the conditions the organization needs to rely on. If reduced dependence on the initiating manager matters, include an episode without that manager reconstructing the path. Retain any allowed specialist help. A successful facilitated attempt supports what happened with that help; it does not establish the less dependent capability. The operating owner accepts the continuing service and support consequences. Completing the organization project does not discharge outstanding instrument or laboratory commitments.
