Use FPF with your agent
Copy FPF-Spec.md, Readme.md, USING-FPF.md, LICENSE and LICENSING.md into a folder in your project, for example fpf/. Add each Suite you need as a whole folder: Foundational Thinking DPF Suite and/or Engineering DPF Suite. Place these folders beside FPF-Spec.md, preserving their members and README.md/Reference links. Independent DPFs can be copied beside Core with their accompanying files. Resolve pattern references in the copies you supplied, even when a publication writes them as GitHub links. Choose another edition when your task needs an update or a comparison.
For a project using both Suites:

Add the following paragraph to the project instructions your agent environment actually loads, whether those are kept in a file or in its settings. Replace fpf/ with your chosen path:
Use FPF and the relevant DPFs from
fpf/for this project’s work. Before using them, readfpf/USING-FPF.mdand follow its guidance for choosing, reading, and applying patterns. Explain results and give feedback in the language of our work. Preserve the meaning of the sources.
If the environment has no persistent project instructions, send that paragraph as the first message. Then describe the actual project question, constraints, and available evidence. USING-FPF.md contains the agent’s working instructions, file structure, and search examples.
