A.10:10a - Evidence carriers for quantum-like statements

Use A.10 when a quantum-like statement is being relied on. Name the minimal claim, selected source episteme and edition, any material publication occurrence, form, or carrier, bounded use, and RelianceDisposition. Include time/currentness, a live rival, and a locally plausible unsupported-use boundary when they change reliance. Add producing or interpreting dated U.Work, Method, actual bindings, and a Work-to-value predicate only when those facts are independently current. Use C.16 for a measurement claim, the relevant C.26 pattern for actual probe or frame effects, and C.29 for a mathematical-lens correspondence. Use F.9 when the claim needs a Bridge between exact senses in different contexts; then distinguish that relation from the judgment of its bounded use and tolerated loss. Use B.3 only for an actual named assurance claim. Consequential uses without one retain their direct safety, permission, gate, release, or other governing rule.

The quantum-like label has no evidence weight. A descriptive graph may represent the source and use relations only after those relations are established.
