A.10:10b - C.29 mathematical-lens use relation

When a mathematical lens is used in the evidence account, use C.29 for the representation correspondence, declared lens use, and lens-use boundary claim. A.10 may cite that C.29 episteme and record its provenance, currentness, bounded reliance, and later use; an A.10 graph edge does not establish the correspondence. Use C.16 when measurement construction is the question and B.3 only when an actual named assurance claim is current.
