A.15.11:4.4 - Make the next operation attainable
Ensure that the recipient can interpret the cue and reach enough instruction to begin. A familiar pattern name may be sufficient for an experienced practitioner; another recipient may need a small contrast showing why the method fits.
When the relation is not yet discernible to a person, obtain a suitable learning method and practice. When the relation is understood but execution is unavailable, identify the missing capability, resource or supporting participant. E.23.CDI frames capability development; obtain a teaching or training method suitable for the practice being learned.
Keep the action proportionate to the present need. Sometimes a colleague’s direct answer is enough. Sometimes the recipient needs a reusable method or practice across changed conditions. Introducing a method does not by itself choose between those purposes.
