A.15.11:4.7 - Adjust after use

Repeated false matches can reveal a poor occasion, an overbroad relevance relation or a different recipient need. Repeated recognition followed by inability calls for a capability or support change. Advice that has become familiar and adds no value can be shortened or removed.

Retain aids that remain useful in the intended configuration. If independent performance is the goal, arrange a separate transition and assess it under the relevant learning method. Removing every aid is not a universal measure of mastery.
