A.15.11:4.6 - Compare with continuing without the suggestion
Ask what changed in the receiving work and what the arrangement cost. Include preparing and maintaining the cue, interpreting false matches, acquiring any missing capability, performing the method and displacing other work.
C.11.CRC compares a finite change with the current configuration. C.11.DUA examines the work that following the suggestion would impose on its recipient and whether that work helps their decision. Use them when the choice needs that examination. An ordinary reversible decision can remain a brief judgement.
Compare at the level where the gain is needed. A better component result may leave the whole task unchanged. A small preparatory improvement may enable several larger methods at once. Recognition, correct application and worthwhile use are separate outcomes.
Keep, revise or remove the arrangement accordingly. A recipient can dismiss an inapplicable or unprofitable suggestion without producing a refusal record. Where a real accountability requirement applies, use its existing record rather than inventing one for every cue.
