A.6.B:8.4.6.2 - Plain register (1 paragraph)

“We mean [short label] in the sense of L-…, and use it only when A-… holds. D-… either states what the named policy requires or, when an individual duty was separately instituted, names its actual bearer. E-… states the observed or evaluated result for the declared interval; add its evidence support when the receiving use needs it.
