B.1.5.EW:4.1 - Choose an action and the work being explained

Name an action in a recognizable situation and the moment or interval under consideration. State whether you are explaining observed Work or proposing how future work could be done. Identify what is being attempted and what a useful result would be.

Use ordinary verbs first: adjusting a step, comparing a measurement, adding a value, questioning an assumption. If the description supplies only a noun such as “coordination”, recover what the participant actually does.
